"JJ Tanzer is professional, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. She understands the needs of the client and works hard to meet those needs. We are working with JJ both on the purchase of new home and sale of existing home. JJ has been a pleasure to work with and makes us feel like we are her only clients, which we know isn't true!"
We met Elizabeth at an open house. From the start, she was such a lovely, thoughtful, person. We could not be happier we chose her. We are planning on remodeling the house we bought and selling it in a few years and will absolutely use Elizabeth again. J.S.
"Cyndi guided us through a very stressful process of buying our new home, and selling our old. From staging to negotiating, Cyndi was insightful, communicative, collaborative, reassuring, and hard-working -- everything we had hoped for in a real estate professional. We highly recommend her."

"Cyndi is extremely personable and down to earth. We had a great rapport with her which helped foster an open communication pathway. We felt she understood what we were looking for in a home. She is prompt, dedicated, accountable and resourceful. She always showed up on time for our appointments. Any questions we had, she took the time to find the answer and get back to us promptly. Questions where she did not know the answer, she was honest about it but made sure that she found the answer for us by the end of the day. We really enjoyed working with her. We would put our trust in her again to help us find our perfect house."

We now think of Elizabeth as a friend. We sold a prior house in Lexington five years ago and chose not to use the same agent this time. Again, Elizabeth was great! H. Cooper
"From start to finish Cyndi worked hard for my interest as the seller. She staged the house to give prospective buyers a sense of what each room could look like. She effectively communicated all required documentation to me even though I live in another state. This being the second house I had sold in the last few years, I soon realized she was following up on all the details at a higher level than others I had worked with in the past. She also recommended an attorney to handle the legal matters that exceeded my expectations. She uncomplicated many things for me. When I have another home to sell in the area she will be my first call. "
"We absolutely loved having Cyndi as our realtor. She's very professional and personal with her clients making us feel like we were her only ones. She made looking at homes fun with her upbeat personality and her extensive knowledge of what she knew worked for us. She was easy to schedule viewings with and always worked around our schedules. Cyndi made the whole process easy for us and because of her we found our perfect home. If and when we have to do this again, we would always choose Cyndi."

"Cyndi was awesome in helping us finding a home in the greater Boston area. She was so nice and helpful with our 3 year old son during our house hunting trip. She was very friendly and was always available. She was with us every step a way! She objectively evaluated each property but at the same time observed how we observed the homes, which proved invaluable. Wonderful person, great fun with the entire experience!"

I found Elizabeth McLaughlin by accident: I wandered into her office looking for another agent. However, Elizabeth turned out to be right real estate agent to sign. I was relocating to Lexington from another neighborhood, and did not know the area well. She did, and without breaching protocol, managed to steer me right.
The house I found with Elizabeth seemed too good to be true. She carefully helped me through the inspection and negotiations, walking me through each step in the process. The negotiations worked out well. Her reminders and suggestions were prompt but not intrusive. At no point did I feel rushed or overwhelmed. She was friendly, professional, competent, kind, and insightful.
Finally, Elizabeth came up with a very clever idea for a bedroom renovation, one I would not have thought of at all. A designer by profession, she had a natural ability to see what was possible, and generously shared it with me.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Elizabeth McLaughlin to another buyer. Hope K.
